Our client is a Large National Maintenance Provider who are looking to recruit a MOBILE TECHNICIAN for a large retail contract.
The work involved is traveling across the South East responding to call-out and completing planned maintenance schedules on the building fabric, basic electrics, plumbing and air-conditioning. This will be first line work, and their is full backing by specialist engineers who will assist as and when necessary. The premises are all retail stores.
The ideal applicant will be comfortable with maintenance and repair of building fabric, so carpentry, glazing, flooring and decorating would all be ideal skills. The ideal applicant will also be competent with basic electrics, plumbing and*or air conditioning.
